Example: “Week two was a good week for us in KWT. The Credit area was busy, with SASSA clients visiting daily. We had an approval and payout from a SASSA disability client — something we have not seen in a long time. Fin Finance cleared all pending applications from the previous week but unfortunately declined them. Although the store had some quiet periods (even just after SASSA week), we believe sales were supported by clients who used their Credit payouts. Some clients were lost due to affordability issues and defaults on existing accounts”
Example: “Mr Dodo: Initially assisted in-store but could not complete his application as he lacked documents and had to return to Pretoria. We stayed in touch, and with help from Tebogo (Branch Manager at Capitec Altridgeville), the client was successfully assisted. This showed the value of persistence and teamwork across branches”
Example: “Learned from Challenor that clients must be out of debt counselling for five years before qualifying. This is not visible on systems and must be confirmed directly with the client. We cannot encourage dishonesty, but we can prepare clients upfront to avoid confusion.”
Example: “Luzuko is performing exceptionally well, contributing strongly to KWT’s numbers. His hard work in bringing in both big and small deals sets the right example. Noluvuyo is also performing steadily and, combined with Luzuko, shows potential for significant growth in KWT.”
Example: “Push towards achieving R1 million by the end of this week.” | “Strengthen preparation for clients previously under debt counselling when working with Challenor.”
Example: “Overall, it was a busy and fruitful week, with valuable lessons learned. I’m encouraged by the teamwork within KWT and the positive attitude from promoters. Let’s keep pushing hard, stay consistent, and aim high.”
